Would you like to participate in the Tourism Industry Business Capability Development Program?
Tourism businesses throughout Queensland are encouraged to participate in the Tourism Industry Business Capability Development Program.
The Queensland Government has allocated $3million (GST inclusive) to the program which will provide training and up-skilling to Queensland tourism businesses to improve their operations and to ultimately enhance visitor experiences.
The Program will be delivered over three years - until 30 June 2021 - by the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC), in partnership with TEQ, DITID and the Regional Tourism Organisations (RTOs). It will help build capability in tourism businesses so that they are more competitive, adaptive and resilient and so that visitors can enjoy a consistently high standard of experience across the state.
